It fully meets the latest requirements of the IAAF for the impact absorption rate of 35%~50%. It is a domestically created on-site professional runway structure. The self-knotted runway is an on-site pouring and paving process. After paving, no seams will be produced, and no particles can fall off. The flatness of the foundation has been adjusted twice to make the runway more smooth, beautiful and durable.

Features of self-knotted plastic track

1. Excellent weather resistance: using unique anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging additives, the product has excellent anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet color change performance, and the color is bright and durable.
2. Excellent wear-resisting and anti-slip performance: a more wear-resistant polyurethane surface layer formula is used instead of EPDM particles as the anti-skid surface layer, and the formula is sprayed with special additives and emery powder to make the surface layer more slip resistant and resistant The uneven surface of the grinding not only retains the traditional characteristics of polyurethane track materials such as weather resistance and aging resistance, but also overcomes the old problem of easy threshing of traditional polyester track.

Self-knotted plastic track requirements for foundation

Measure the flatness and slope of the foundation on site. Take the straight curve dividing line of the runway as the reference line, mark a point every 3m along the horizontal and longitudinal direction of the straight road, take the center of the circle as the reference point, use theodolite to set the line every 5 degrees, mark a point every 3 meters, and set a 3m ruler. Place it between any two adjacent points and measure with a feeler gauge. The maximum local depression is not more than 3mm as a qualified point, >3mm is an unqualified point. The pass rate of all measuring points reaches 85% as a qualified point, and >94% as a good point. ≥ 95% is excellent. The level gauge detects whether the axis elevation and the elevation of each control reference point (relative) are in compliance with the requirements of the IAAF manual. The horizontal gradient shall not be greater than 1% and the longitudinal gradient shall not be greater than 0.1%.


Construction technology of self-knotted plastic track

1. Description of construction method: full PU solid on-site casting method. The base layer is laid about 10mm with two-component PU, and then 3-5mm track particle layer is laid on the surface after forming. This construction method has excellent elasticity and tough structure, which meets the physical property requirements of IAAF official track and field competition venues. The runway surface of this construction method is impermeable; under the correct construction and regular and proper maintenance, the product life can reach more than 16 years.
2. Description of construction method: The base layer is mixed with PU adhesive and rubber pellets, and then the runway special paving machine is used to lay 10-13mm, and the surface is sprayed with the runway topcoat. This construction method has a low engineering cost and a short construction period. Special machinery is required for construction , The runway surface of this construction method is water-permeable; with correct construction and regular and proper maintenance, the product life can reach more than 8 years.
3. Description of the construction method: The base layer is laid with about 25% rubber particles (powder) for laying 10mm with the paving material for sports venues, and a 3-5mm runway particle layer is attached to the surface after forming. This construction method meets the physical property specifications of IAAF official track and field competition venues. The runway surface of this construction method is impermeable; under the correct construction and regular and proper maintenance, the product life can reach more than 12 years.
